About the Role
Our client in the Fashion Industry is looking for a sharp, style-conscious, and tech-savvy Digital Sales & Content Specialist to join their team. This isn’t just an admin role, you are the voice of the brand in our DMs and the face of the brand in our content.
You will spend your week turning inquiries into sales remotely, and join us in the studio once a week to lead our visual storytelling. If you are a "people person" who knows how to close a deal and a "creative soul" who knows their way around a ring light, we want you.
What You’ll Do
1. Sales & Engagement
• Respond to all inquiries on Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp with speed, personality, and professionalism.
• Proactively guide customers from "How much?" to "Paid," offering styling advice and size consultations.
• Build a "hot lead" list and follow up with repeat customers about new arrivals.
2. Content Creation
• Visit our office once a week to film high-quality Reels, TikToks, and BTS (Behind-the-Scenes) content.
• Stay ahead of fashion trends and viral audios to keep our feed fresh and relevant.
• Create daily engaging Stories that mix product promotion with authentic brand personality.
Who You Are
• You have impeccable grammar and a "high-fashion" vocabulary. You can think on your feet.
• You are highly proficient in mobile editing apps (CapCut, InShot, etc.) and have a great eye for aesthetics.
• You don’t just "chat"—you understand how to move a customer through the sales funnel.
• You thrive in a remote setting and can manage your time effectively without constant supervision.
What You Must Have
• Proven experience in Social Media Management or Digital Sales (Fashion industry experience is a massive plus).
• A portfolio or link to social media accounts you have managed/created content for.
• A high-quality smartphone for content and communication.
• Ability to commute to the office atleast once a week.
