Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing sales organization, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join their fully remote team. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, and exceeding sales targets. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closing deals. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in sales, preferably within a B2B environment. You should be adept at understanding client needs and articulating how our client's solutions can provide value. A deep understanding of sales methodologies, CRM software, and effective communication strategies is essential. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment and provide valuable market feedback. Regular reporting on sales activities and performance metrics will be a key aspect of the role. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about sales, possess strong business acumen, and are eager to contribute to a thriving remote work culture. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals. Identify, qualify, and cultivate new sales leads through various channels, including outbound prospecting, networking, and inbound inquiries. Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract signing. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand customer needs and requirements, and effectively present our client's value proposition. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations. Negotiate terms of service and pricing with prospective clients. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer success) to ensure a seamless client experience. Track sales activities, forecast future sales, and provide regular reports to management. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
This role is based in **Abeokuta, Ogun, NG**, but is performed entirely remotely, allowing you to work from any approved location.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding targets. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales productivity tools. Strong business acumen and the ability to understand complex solutions. Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage time effectively in a remote setting. Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team. A passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
