Fortinet is a global cybersecurity company seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support Account Managers in managing renewals and sales activities across the West Africa region. The role focuses on partner engagement, renewals management, forecasting, and direct deal closures.
βοΈ Key Responsibilities
Develop end-user relationships to drive renewals within assigned accounts.
Build and manage relationships with channel partners and distributors.
Manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities using Salesforce (SFDC).
Support joint strategic and tactical planning with the Account Manager.
Manage end-to-end sales cycles for smaller opportunities and renewals.
Provide accurate sales forecasting and KPI achievement.
Serve as stand-in support for Account Managers when unavailable.
π Requirements
Proven sales track record in an inside sales role within the IT industry (security, networking, or hardware).
Knowledge of Salesforce.com (SFDC) is advantageous.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English is required.
