Job Overview
• Atlantic Exhibition is hiring a highly organized and results-driven Booth Supervisor who will also function as a Project Manager for exhibition and event projects.
• This role goes beyond booth supervision — the successful candidate will be responsible for managing exhibition projects from planning to execution, ensuring seamless coordination between design, fabrication, installation, and client delivery.
• If you have strong leadership skills, understand exhibition production, and can manage teams while meeting tight deadlines, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise exhibition booth construction and installation on-site
• Manage projects from concept stage to final delivery
• Coordinate with designers, fabricators, carpenters, electricians, and vendors
• Ensure booths are executed according to approved designs and client specifications
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Maintain quality control standards throughout project execution
• Provide regular project updates to management and clients
• Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are followed
• Resolve on-site challenges efficiently and professionally

• Proven experience in exhibition, event production, or construction supervision
