• Plan and manage FTTH projects, including schedules, budgets, resources, and timelines.
• Oversee end-to-end FTTH deployment from design through installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Ensure project milestones are delivered on time and in line with contractual obligations.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and change requests.
• Ensure compliance with FTTH network design standards and technologies (GPON/XGS-PON, ODN, FTTx).
• Supervise technical quality of fiber installation, splicing, testing, and acceptance processes.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards during all field and civil works.
• Coordinate internal teams and manage external vendors, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project budgets, control costs, approve invoices, and support procurement and contract management.
• Prepare project reports, track KPIs, ensure proper documentation, and manage project handover and close-out.
Required Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is an added advantage.
• 5–10 years of experience in telecom network deployment projects.
• Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in FTTH/FTTx projects.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale fiber rollout projects.
• Strong technical understanding of fiber optics, access networks, and civil infrastructure.
• Demonstrated project management and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Sound financial and commercial awareness for budget and cost control.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, Jira, or similar.
