A retail company is looking to engage a Project Manager/Architect,candidate MUST have minimum of 3 years work experience post NYSC.
Job Description
• Responsibilities includes project planning, coordinating, site management and to a certain degree financial control.
• Planning and overseeing projects, quality control, ensuring that budgets and deadlines are met without fail and small scale designs.
• Providing advice on the management of projects
• Organising the various professional people working on a project
• Carrying out risk assessment
• Making sure that all the aims of the project are met.
• Ensuring that the quality standards are met
• Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained.
• Overseeing the accounting, costing and billing.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture
Project Management certifications will be an advantage.
