Job Summary
• The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering engineering and fabrication projects from initiation to completion.
• The role ensures projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and to required quality standards, while coordinating cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, production, and site installation.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate, and manage assigned projects from kick-off to final handover.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, procurement, production, and QA teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor project progress against milestones, budgets, and quality standards.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment in collaboration with procurement.
• Supervise site activities, including fabrication, installation, and commissioning.
• Identify project risks early and implement mitigation plans.
• Manage project budgets, track costs, and control variations.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements at all stages.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on project execution matters.
• Manage contractors, vendors, and site personnel effectively.
• Resolve project issues, delays, and conflicts promptly.
• Ensure proper documentation, as-built drawings, and project close-out reports.
• Support continuous improvement of project execution processes
Requirements
• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• Minimum of 6 years project management experience in engineering/fabrication projects
• Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills
