Scope of Teaching Must Cover All
• Project management basics and fundamentals
• Project lifecycle in interior design and construction
• Scope definition, timelines, and milestones
• Budgeting, costing, and cost control
• Procurement and vendor coordination
• Site coordination and supervision
• Risk management and problem-solving on site
• Client communication and reporting
• Documentation, handover, and project close-out
• Practical case studies from real projects

Software Requirement Mandatory
• Practical teaching of Asana and/or Trello
• Task setup, timelines, and dependencies
• Team collaboration and workflow tracking
• Reporting and progress monitoring
• Ability to use Asana and Trello specifically for interior design and construction project management, with a clear teaching approach tailored to design workflows

Ideal Candidate Profile
• Strong background in interior design and/or construction project management
• Proven site experience practical, not theory-only
• Experience managing residential and commercial projects
• Ability to teach and simplify complex concepts
• Proficiency in Asana and Trello, including hands-on usage in real projects
• Capability to teach interior design project workflows using Asana and Trello
