Job Description
We are seeking an organized and people-focused HR Officer to manage day-to-day human resources operations. The ideal candidate will support employee relations, recruitment, documentation, and compliance while helping build a structured and healthy workplace.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding).
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management.
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
• Support performance reviews and basic training initiatives.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years experience in an HR role (manufacturing or operations environment is a plus).
• Good understanding of Nigerian labor laws.
• Strong communication, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
