Role Description
• This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Abuja.
• The individual in this role will be responsible for implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.
• Key tasks include identifying new business opportunities, managing customer accounts, providing outstanding customer service, and conducting training sessions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaboration with other teams to achieve organizational goals is also expected.

Qualifications
• Strong ability to drive revenue growth and build relationship with clients
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities and achieve sales targets
• Experience in conducting Training and mentoring team members or clients on products and services
• Understanding of the banking or financial services industry is preferred
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and customer-oriented personality
• Relevant educational qualifications in Business, Marketing, or related fields
