Virtual Assistant for STR Full Management
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our 3 STR properties. You MUST KNOW how to use Booking.com and VRBO. This role will focus on ensuring smooth and efficient administrative functions, tenant interactions, and marketing tasks. We have an AI agent that currently does all the simple tasks (guest communications, etc.) so you will need to know how to GET OCCUPANCY.
Key Responsibilities
1. Be Friendly!
Spanish speaking preferred but not required. The budget is a monthly fixed rate based on PERFORMANCE.
2. Manage the STRs and Guests
Must know how to operate and work with Airbnb, Pricelabs and know how to use VRBO and Booking.com for Short Term Rental management.
Content Creation and Marketing
• Post engaging content on social media platforms on behalf of the company promoting the STRs. Market all properties and upstate and optimize listings on a weekly basis.
Cleaner Placement and Scheduling
• Make outbound calls to using tools like Google Voice, coordinating appointments and follow-ups for cleaning and maintenance.
Must know how to RECRUIT local cleaners and train them on expectations.
Additional Administrative Support
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned based on business needs and priorities.
• Provide exceptional communication and organizational support to the team.
Requirements
• Strong proficiency with Airbnb, VRBO and Booking.com
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including outbound calling capabilities.
• Ability to create engaging marketing content and manage social media platforms.
