Job Description
- Assist in managing the company’s HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and assist in organizing status updates with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and external partners.
- Provide administrative support to the Web Development Department and other departments as needed.
- Help maintain and update company records, databases, and HR documentation.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to address HR or administrative concerns.
- Perform general VA duties, including research, email management, and document preparation.
- Excellent English Communication Skills (both written and spoken).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and processes as needed.
