Job Description
Our client, a leading provider of enterprise software solutions, is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join their remote sales team. This position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in Nigeria while focusing on driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new enterprise clients. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise software sales and a deep understanding of complex sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Identifying and developing new business opportunities within target enterprise accounts. Prospecting and qualifying leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social selling. Conducting in-depth discovery calls and product demonstrations to understand client needs and showcase solution value. Developing and presenting customized proposals and solutions to C-level executives and key decision-makers. Negotiating contracts and closing complex enterprise sales deals. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Collaborating with internal sales support, technical, and marketing teams to ensure client success. Achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas. Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Maintaining accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management within the CRM system.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in enterprise software sales, with a strong focus on new business acquisition. Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools. Ability to understand complex technical solutions and articulate their business value. Strong prospecting and pipeline management skills. Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a remote, high-performance sales environment. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. A passion for technology and a consultative sales approach.
