Job Description
Our client, a leading provider of (Specify Industry, e.g., IT Solutions/Industrial Equipment/Financial Services), is seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Sales Executive to expand their market presence in Kano, Kano, NG . This is a critical role focused on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and exceeding sales targets within a defined territory. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in B2B sales, exceptional negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the local business environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed annual sales targets and objectives. Identify and prospect new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions, demonstrating a deep knowledge of our products/services. Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the company. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing and post-sales follow-up. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns and materials. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to sales management on a regular basis. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and generate leads. Mentor and provide guidance to junior sales team members. Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of successful B2B sales experience, with a proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas. Demonstrated experience in identifying and closing new business opportunities. Excellent understanding of the sales process and techniques. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at various levels. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Strong presentation and demonstration skills. Knowledge of the (Specify Industry) sector in Northern Nigeria is a significant advantage. Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
