The Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a crucial role within the Shuttlers Sales team. As a junior SDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads through outbound prospecting efforts. You will play a key role in driving Shuttlers' growth by engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating our value proposition. Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation
• Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, cold email sequencing, and social selling, to identify potential clients in targeted industries and markets.
• Research and identify key decision-makers within targeted organizations.
• Utilize various sales tools and resources to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
• Lead Qualification
• Engage with prospects to understand their transportation needs, challenges, and business objectives.
• Qualify leads based on established criteria.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of Shuttlers' services and solutions.
• Sales Process Support
• Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about leads to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaboration and Reporting
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, lead generation efforts, and pipeline status to your supervisor.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth hand-off and proper follow-up.
• Professional Development
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or high-volume customer-facing role; prior experience as an SDR or BDR is a plus.
