Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Event Design Project Manager to bring concepts to life for our decoration company. The successful candidate will have a strong background in design, architecture, and project management. You will work closely with our creative team to design and deliver exceptional event experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and execute design concepts provided by the creative team
- Design and develop designs for events using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Create visual renderings and graphics for presentations and marketing materials using Canva and other graphic design tools
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure design feasibility and timely delivery
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design elements are delivered on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation and quality control
Requirements:
- BSc in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- Proven experience in event design, architecture, or a related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva
- Strong design and spatial reasoning skills
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
