Key Responsibilities
• Develop and Execute 30,60,90 Day Commercial Plans: Create and implement ruthless, data-informed plans for current portfolio to hit aggressive revenue targets from Day 1.
• Lead Generation & Deal Closing: Personally identify, pursue, and close high-value deals across all three verticals. Oversee the commercial performance the ventures, analysing revenue streams and identifying untapped opportunities for growth and efficiency.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including corporate clients, government agencies and suppliers. Cross-Functional Leadership: Work directly with the Founder to provide market intelligence and shape the commercial strategy of Smart Contract Nigeria Ltd.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience of 5 years experience in a senior commercial, business development, or sales leadership role.
• Proven experience in one or more of the following: real estate leasing, retail fuel sales & operations, or B2B contract negotiation preferably in construction.
• Strong existing network in the Abuja business environment is a significant advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
• Base Salary: NGN 500,000 - NGN 800,000
• Uncapped Performance Bonuses: Significant quarterly bonuses directly tied to revenue and deal targets across all ventures. Top performers can easily triple their base compensation.
