• Our client is looking for a smart, organized, and proactive PA/Executive Assistant to join the team!
• This role is perfect for someone with 2 years experience who is eager to grow and take on real responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence
• Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
• Assist with event planning, conferences, and meetings
• Support special projects, research, and presentation preparation
• Serve as a point of contact between executives and employees, facilitating communication and information flow
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors
• Oversee office supplies, equipment, and inventory management
• Maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements
• BSc / HND Qualification
• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
• Strong ability to multitask and support executive/admin tasks
• Proficient in MS Office and Google workplace
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Prior experience in Construction and/or Event management is an added advantage.
• Candidate must reside in or close to Lekki Epe Expressway, Awoyaya Lagos Nigeria.
Skills:
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Google Suite Google doc, Google sheet, Google slide
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
Salary Range / Compensation
N120,000 - N150,000 per month.
