Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals
• Drive workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations
• Provide strategic HR advisory to management
• Support change management and organizational development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Requirements:
• 5+ years HR experience, with strong HRBP exposure
• Strong business, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
• CIPM certification is an advantage
