Our client, a rapidly growing organization with a global presence, is seeking a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead their remote recruitment efforts. This role is instrumental in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent across various departments. As a fully remote position, you will have the autonomy to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation, working collaboratively with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional candidates. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven ability to build robust talent pipelines and champion a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates across diverse industries. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruitment plans. Conduct thorough interviews, assessing candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging experience throughout the hiring process. Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), social media, and professional networks, to source and engage talent. Track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports on hiring progress and key performance indicators. Contribute to employer branding initiatives and develop strategies to enhance our client's appeal as an employer of choice. Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices in talent acquisition and human resources. Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the recruitment team. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a fast-paced corporate environment. Demonstrated success in high-volume and executive-level recruitment is essential. Strong understanding of various sourcing channels, interviewing techniques, and employment laws is required.
