Job Description / Requirements
Responsibilities :
• Serve as the first point contact for all H.R-related queries
• Recruitment of all the right people to fill vacant positions
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Maintain employee records (attendance, KPIs, and so on)
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans
• Organize training, re-training, and staff development of new and existing employees
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Administration of staff leave and incentives
• Assume other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
• Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputable University.
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources
• Full understanding of Human Resource functions and best practices.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, and Excel)
• Added advantage if he / she has travel and aviation experience.
