Content and Virtual Assistant for a Sales Coach in the US /Home Based Part Time/

Content Research & Creation (Main Focus \- 60\-70% of role)





â ¢ Research competitors and trending content in the sales, business, and mindset niche across social platforms



â ¢ Analyze high\-performing content and identify trends that align with our brand



â ¢ Write short\-form video scripts (30\-60 seconds each) based on successful formats and trending topics



â ¢ Edit filmed content following brand guidelines and style examples



â ¢ Schedule and post content across social media platforms



â ¢ Edit long form youtube videos Outreach & Networking (20\-30% of role)



â ¢ Research and compile lists of podcast hosts\/brands that would align with our content



â ¢ Maintain and update Google Sheets with contact information and outreach status



â ¢ Send personalized DMs\/emails(with template) to podcast hosts\/brands





General Business Support (10\-20% of role)





â ¢ Assist with various administrative tasks across two business ventures



â ¢ Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and opportunities



â ¢ Other tasks as needed to support business growth
