We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a product design and experiential company, for the position below:

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Work Mode: Hybrid, 1 day (onsite), 4 days (remote)

Work Hours: Monday-Friday

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive who will implement online marketing strategies that enhance the organisation’s digital presence, audience engagement, and brand visibility. This role involves hands-on content creation, social media management, campaign support, and performance tracking to drive the platform’s growth and strengthen its connection with audiences in Nigeria and across the diaspora.

Key Responsibilities
• Planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
• Create engaging and relevant content (copy, images, videos) for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube Short.
• Assist in managing social media calendars, scheduling posts, and ensuring timely community engagement.
• Help monitor campaign performance, compile data reports, and provide insights to optimize strategies.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing best practices to inform strategy.
• Support paid advertising activities including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and remarketing campaigns.
• Contribute to email marketing initiatives, including drafting newsletters and audience segmentation.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to maintain consistent brand identity across all digital assets.
• Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging tools to support innovation.
• Assist in preparing presentations, marketing materials, and performance summaries for internal and external use.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Professional Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3 years minimum experience in communications, marketing or related fields.
• Experience in the creative/ lifestyle space.

• Working knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
• Awareness of online streaming and audience engagement trends.

General Conditions
• Remuneration:N400,000
