Job Summary
• We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all human capital functions of the organization.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and systems that support business objectives, enhance employee performance, and promote a positive organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and workforce planning activities.
• Manage the performance management process and support line managers on appraisals and employee development.
• Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
• Handle employee relations matters, including discipline, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate training, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives.
• Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and HR operations.
• Promote employee engagement, wellbeing, and a positive workplace culture.
• Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and management updates.
• Supervise HR staff and ensure effective HR service delivery.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional HR certification CIPM, SHRM, HRCI or equivalent is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 6 - 7 years progressive HR experience, with at least [X2] years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
