Key Responsibilities
• Support the class teacher in delivering age appropriate lessons and activities.
• Assist pupils with learning tasks, play based activities, and daily routines.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Observe pupils and report learning progress or concerns to the class teacher.
• Supervise pupils during breaks, playtime, and transitions.
• Assist with classroom organization, learning materials, and displays.
• Support pupils’ social, emotional, and moral development.
Requirements
• Minimum of NCE or relevant early childhood qualification.
• Experience working with young children is an advantage.
• Patience, creativity, and good communication skills.
• Love for children and ability to work as part of a team.
