Our client is seeking an accomplished and strategic Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects from initiation to completion. Ensure effective communication among project stakeholders, including regular status updates and reporting. Manage project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met. Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and reviews. Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices. Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned for future projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Ensure quality of project deliverables and client satisfaction. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree or PMP certification is highly preferred. Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in project management, with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing large-scale and complex projects. Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams in a remote or hybrid environment. Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum). Strong understanding of project lifecycle, scope management, risk management, and quality assurance. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolution. Demonstrated ability to drive results and deliver projects on time and within budget.
