Gross Salary is above N20M per annum and negotiable
The Head of Operations & Human Resources will provide strategic and spiritual-aligned leadership over the organization’s operational and people functions. This role ensures that all systems, policies, and practices support the mission, vision, and values of the organization while fostering excellence, accountability, and servant leadership. The ideal candidate is a mature professional with deep operational expertise, strong HR leadership, and a heart for ministry.
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Master’s degree MBA, M.Sc., or equivalent and professional HR certification CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent are added advantages.
• Minimum of 10–15 years’ progressive experience in operations leadership with significant HR responsibility.
• Prior experience in a faith-based, nonprofit, or ministry organization is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong knowledge of operations management, process optimization, and organizational systems within faith-based or not-for-profit settings.
• Solid understanding of human resources management, labour laws, employee relations, and people development.
• Proven leadership ability with strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Demonstrated capacity to develop and enforce operational and HR policies aligned with organizational values and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide practical, strategic recommendations.
• Proficiency in office productivity tools, HR information systems, and operational management software
