Manage the full cycle of recruitment and onboarding processes for various positions. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role. Solid understanding of HR principles, best practices, and relevant legislation. Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity. Experience in a hybrid work environment is beneficial.
