This hybrid role is crucial for providing in-depth financial analysis, supporting complex transactions, and contributing to strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for financial modeling, valuation analysis, due diligence support, and preparing client presentations for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising activities. Developing complex financial models for valuation, forecasting, and transaction analysis (M&A, IPOs, LBOs). Conducting comprehensive financial due diligence for potential investments and transactions. Preparing detailed client presentations, pitch books, and reports. Analyzing market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscapes. Assisting in the execution of capital raising and M&A transactions. Collaborating with deal teams to manage transaction processes and timelines. Supporting senior bankers in client relationship management and business development. Performing industry research and identifying potential investment opportunities. Ensuring accuracy and integrity of all financial data and analyses. Mentoring junior analysts and contributing to team development. Qualifications include:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field; MBA or CFA preferred. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field. Proven experience in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and transaction execution. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv). Strong understanding of accounting principles and corporate finance theory. Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, both on-site and remotely. High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
