Job Description
Our client is looking for a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team in **Makurdi, Benue, NG**. This hybrid role allows for a flexible work arrangement, combining remote work with essential in-office collaboration. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various online channels to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement. Your core duties will include managing social media platforms, creating compelling content, optimizing website SEO, executing email marketing campaigns, and analyzing campaign performance data. We are seeking a candidate with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO best practices, content marketing, and social media management. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) and familiarity with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) are essential. You should possess excellent writing and editing skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into actionable plans. This role requires a blend of creativity and data-driven decision-making. The successful candidate will contribute significantly to our online presence and marketing initiatives. While remote work is a key component, occasional on-site meetings and team sessions in Makurdi will be required.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals. Manage and grow the company's social media presence across various platforms. Create engaging and high-quality content (text, image, video) for digital channels. Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility. Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers. Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools. Manage digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) within budget. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, design) to ensure brand consistency. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role. Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing. Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment. Familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus.
