About the Job
You are the brand guardian and growth driver. You will be responsible for translating global brand standards into high-impact marketing campaigns that drive store traffic, conversion, and brand preference. You will manage brand compliance, marketing funds, agency partners, and integrated marketing execution across retail, digital, and experiential channels.
Outcomes You Are Responsible For
• Increase brand preference and awareness through consistent, high-quality brand execution across all touchpoints.
• Drive store traffic and conversion via integrated campaigns and promotions aligned to brand strategy
• Achieve measurable marketing ROI, ensuring all campaigns are tracked, evaluated, and optimized.
• Ensure 100% brand compliance across stores, digital, activations, and advertising.
• Deliver marketing campaigns on budget, with accurate fund reconciliation and reporting.
• Build a high-performing marketing team, capable of executing world-class marketing programs.
• Principal Duties/Responsibilities
• Brand Strategy & Market Positioning: Own brand positioning in Nigeria and ensure alignment with global brand architecture. Develop and execute market entry and awareness strategies to build brand preference. Maintain 100% brand compliance across all consumer touchpoints. Use consumer insights and market intelligence to guide campaign strategy and product positioning.
Marketing Budget Management & Financial Accountability: Manage brand marketing funds, ensuring compliance with guidelines and accurate documentation. Drive measurable ROI through campaign tracking and performance reporting. Partner with Finance to build marketing P&L and justify fund allocation through results.
Integrated Campaign Development & Execution: Plan and execute product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities. Manage omni-channel marketing (retail, digital, activations, sponsorships). Oversee digital marketing including SEO, social media, paid ads, email/CRM, and influencer programs.
Stakeholder & Agency Management: Lead relationships with global brand principals, distributors, agencies, media partners, and event vendors. Brief and manage creative agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet brand standards. Coordinate approvals and compliance for all external marketing assets.
• Job Requirements
• * Bachelors' degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Professional marketing certifications (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, CIM) are advantageous
• Minimum of 8 years in marketing leadership roles, preferably with premium brands or retail marketing.
• Strong experience in integrated offline and digital marketing, brand compliance, and budget management.
• Strong knowledge of brand strategy, marketing analytics, and campaign execution.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and CRM platforms.
• Creative, strategic, and results-oriented.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail and high brand standards.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high accountability.
