Responsibilities:
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and symptoms, documenting all findings.
• Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Provide patient education on medications, health conditions, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
• Ensure infection prevention and control standards are upheld at all times.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow appropriate protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient patient care.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council license.
• Diploma, HND, or B.Sc. in Nursing.
• Proven experience in clinical nursing (hospital or clinic setting preferred).
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, patient care, and medical terminology.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical-thinking skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to work under pressure.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and nights when required.
