Key Responsibilities:
• Provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients in the cardiovascular unit, ensuring adherence to established medical protocols and standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Monitor patients' vital signs, administer medications, and assist in various diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and post-treatment care to promote overall wellness.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the enhancement of patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Valid nursing license issued by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
• Proven experience in cardiovascular nursing or a related field is an advantage.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to maintaining professional development and staying current with advancements in nursing practice.
