Responsibilities:
• Provide immediate first aid and emergency medical care to injured or ill employees.
• Conduct routine health assessments, fitness-for-work checks, and medical screenings.
• Maintain accurate medical records, treatment logs, and incident reports.
• Monitor occupational health risks and support workplace health programs.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, site rules, and regulatory health standards.
• Coordinate medical evacuations and referrals to external healthcare providers when required.
• Manage on-site clinic operations, medical supplies, and equipment.
• Participate in incident investigations and recommend preventive health measures.
• Deliver health education, awareness, and wellness campaigns to workers.
Requirements:
• 3 years of experience.
• Minimum of HND.
• Hold a valid nursing license with relevant experience in occupational or industrial healthcare.
