Responsibilities;
General Ledger Management: Record financial transactions and maintain the general ledger to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Month-end and Year-end Closing: Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and financial analysis.
Financial Analysis: Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making.
Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.
Financial Reporting
Job & Skill Requirements -
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. ICAN or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• 5-6 years of experience in financial accounting or a related role
• Proficiency in financial software and accounting systems.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Proficiency in maintaining and reconciling the general ledger to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.
• Skill in preparing accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• The capacity to assist in the development, monitoring, and management of budgets and financial plans.
