Key Responsibilities
• Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records, ledgers, and journals
• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense claims accurately and on time
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Reconcile bank statements and assist with monthly account reconciliations
• Help prepare basic financial reports and schedules
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
• Assist during audits by providing required documents and explanations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and basic accounting standards
• Tax remittance
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned
Qualification and Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (internship or NYSC experience is an advantage)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
• Familiarity with accounting software is an added advantage
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
• Experience in tax law is an added advantage

Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
