Job Description
CYBERGON is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Field Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence within a specific geographical area. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and a passion for building long-term customer relationships through face-to-face and online interactions. This role offers a competitive base salary with significant earning potential through performance-based commissions and bonuses.

Key Responsibilities
• Business Development & Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, and emails, social media, in-person visits etc
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective field sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Product Presentation & Demonstration: Conduct tailored sales presentations and CYBERGON product demonstrations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and addressing their needs.
• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and conditions with clients to successfully close sales deals and secure new business.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing CYBERGON clients to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and generate referrals.
• Market Analysis & Reporting: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Prepare and present regular, accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
• Territory Management: Efficiently plan and manage a designated territory to ensure maximum market coverage and sales productivity.
• Performance Metrics (Key Performance Indicators)
• Achievement and consistent exceeding of assigned monthly/quarterly/annual sales quotas at CYBERGON.
• New client acquisition rates and growth in client portfolio size.
• Customer retention rates and satisfaction scores.
• Accuracy and timeliness of sales reporting and CRM updates.
• Pipeline value and conversion rates from lead to closed sale.
