Our client, a leading global technology firm renowned for its innovative solutions and dynamic work culture, is seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead its recruitment efforts. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in Nigeria. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and fostering strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. You will play a critical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across various departments and levels within the organization, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative and effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the company's current and future workforce needs, with a strong focus on remote recruitment best practices. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job profiling and sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding, ensuring efficiency and a high-quality candidate experience. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements, advise on recruitment strategies, and guide them through the hiring process. Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing, to identify and attract passive and active candidates. Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for key roles and future talent needs. Oversee the use and optimization of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate data, track progress, and generate recruitment reports. Champion diversity and inclusion in all recruitment activities, ensuring equitable opportunities for all candidates. Develop and manage employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice in the remote work landscape. Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) to identify areas for improvement and report on recruitment performance. Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and innovative recruitment technologies and methodologies. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing comprehensive recruitment strategies for diverse roles and industries, preferably in a tech or fast-paced environment. Extensive experience with various sourcing techniques, including advanced Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other professional networking platforms. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS. Strong understanding of employment law and EEO principles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a remote, fast-paced setting. Strong analytical skills and experience in reporting on recruitment metrics.
