Job Description
Our client, a rapidly growing SaaS company, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their expanding team based in **Bauchi, Bauchi, NG**. This fully remote role is critical to generating qualified sales opportunities for their enterprise solutions. As a Senior SDR, you will be responsible for identifying and prospecting potential enterprise clients, engaging them with compelling value propositions, and setting up initial meetings for the Account Executive team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales development, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the enterprise sales process. You will leverage various tools and strategies to reach key decision-makers in target organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and research target enterprise accounts within defined market segments. Utilize a multi-channel approach (cold calling, email, social selling) to engage prospective clients. Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect needs, challenges, and pain points. Clearly articulate the company's value proposition and solution benefits to potential clients. Qualify leads based on established criteria (BANT or similar frameworks). Schedule high-quality meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives. Collaborate closely with the Account Executive team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce). Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas for qualified opportunities and scheduled meetings. Provide feedback to marketing and sales leadership on lead quality and campaign effectiveness. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product updates. Develop and refine prospecting scripts and outreach strategies. Contribute to a positive and high-performing sales team culture. Mentor and guide junior SDRs, sharing best practices and insights. Continuously improve sales skills through training and self-development. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B sales development, inside sales, or a related client-facing role, with a strong emphasis on enterprise accounts. Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong active listening abilities. Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft). Experience with lead generation tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator). Strong understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and buyer personas. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment. Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish credibility with senior-level prospects.
