Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle for high-value properties
• Conduct premium viewings and client presentations
• Build and manage strong HNWI pipelines
• Track sales KPIs and provide weekly performance updates
• Represent the company with professionalism and discretion
Requirements:
• Proven experience selling high-value luxury products/services.
• Minimum transaction evidence: Candidates must show verifiable experience closing individual deals of N200M - 400M, or multiple cumulative deals of N500M in the past 12 - 18 months (real estate or other relevant luxury sectors)
• Strong HNWI-facing communication skills.
• We require: Excellent spoken & written English, Executive presence, and Strong negotiation & presentation skillset
• Relationship-building ability: Must be able to nurture high-value prospects, maintain follow-up discipline, and convert warm leads to bookings within structured timelines.
• Availability & mobility: Willingness to conduct weekday/weekend viewings, Comfort working on-site and Ability to coordinate virtual/remote HNWI presentations
