We are seeking driven and goal-oriented individuals to join our sales team as Life Planners. The role involves driving business growth by offering innovative and personalized insurance solutions, building long-term client relationships, and helping individuals and families secure their financial future.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive business growth through effective and innovative sales strategies
• Prospect for new clients and develop a strong customer base
• Build, manage, and maintain long-term client relationships
• Provide tailored life insurance and financial protection solutions that meet clients’ needs
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups professionally
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
• Uphold company values, ethics, and regulatory standards at all times
Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.)
• Strong passion for relationship building
• Good communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
• Sales experience is an added advantage (but not compulsory)
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
• Willingness to learn and grow in a performance-based environment
