We support regulated and growth-stage organizations with talent, verification, compliance, and operational enablement.
As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our partner-led sales model to accelerate revenue without fixed overhead.
Role Overview:
We are seeking independent Sales Partners to generate qualified business opportunities and close revenue across select Avant Tech service lines. This is a commission-only, non-employee role, designed for experienced sellers with strong networks who can open doors and drive deals to closure.
This role is ideal for consultants, ex-recruiters, compliance professionals, and business developers who prefer performance-based earnings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage prospective B2B clients within Nigeria
• Leverage personal and professional networks to generate leads
• Conduct initial outreach and discovery conversations
• Qualify opportunities and introduce Avant Tech solutions
• Register leads through the approved deal-registration process
• Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to progress deals
• Hand off qualified opportunities for pricing, contracting, and delivery
What You Will Sell:
Primary Entry Services (choose at least one)::
• Background Checks & Verification (B2B)
• Staffing Solutions (Contract, Temp, Permanent)
• Compliance & Professional Training (NDPA, AML, HSE, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity)
Attach / Upsell Services::
• Training bundles
• Ongoing verification services
• Custom digital or workflow solutions (with internal support)
What You Will NOT Do:
• Negotiate pricing independently
• Sign contracts on behalf of Avant Tech
• Collect payments
• Commit to delivery timelines or SLAs
• Represent yourself as an employee of Avant Tech
Compensation:
This is a commission-only role. No base salary, benefits, or expense reimbursement.
Commissions are earned only after Avant Tech receives payment from the client.
Indicative commission ranges:
• Background Checks (new client): up to 20%
• Training (B2B cohorts): up to 15%
• Staffing:
• Contract/Temp: 10% of first 3 months’ invoice
• Permanent placement: 15–20% of placement fee

Full commission structure will be shared during onboarding.
Performance Expectations:
Within the first 60 days, Sales Partners are expected to achieve one of the following:
• Introduce at least 3 qualified prospects, or
• Close at least 1 paying client
Failure to meet minimum activity thresholds may result in termination of the partnership.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in B2B sales, recruiting, consulting, or business development
• Existing network within HR, compliance, fintech, banking, oil & gas, healthcare, or SME sectors
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working independently and on commission
• Results-driven, commercial mindset
