Our client, a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, is looking for motivated and ambitious Remote Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our expanding sales team. This is a fully remote position, providing you the flexibility to work from home. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, playing a crucial role in generating qualified leads and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for outbound prospecting, engaging with potential clients through calls, emails, and social media, and educating them on our innovative solutions. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a passion for sales and technology.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, and social selling to identify and qualify potential customers. Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers within organizations. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to prospects. Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation and sales qualified opportunities. Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track all sales activities and manage prospect interactions. Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape. Provide feedback to management on prospect needs and market insights. Build rapport and strong relationships with potential customers. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and collaborative remote sales culture. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (SaaS experience is a plus). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and active listening skills. Highly motivated, persistent, and goal-oriented. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement tools. Enthusiasm for technology and a willingness to learn about our product offerings. Resilience and ability to handle rejection professionally. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
