Our client is seeking a visionary and experienced Lead Agile Project Manager to drive critical digital transformation initiatives from anywhere in the world. This fully remote role is pivotal in guiding cross-functional teams through the entire project lifecycle, from conception to successful deployment. You will be responsible for defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, while ensuring alignment with business goals. As a champion of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), you will facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and high performance. Your expertise will be crucial in managing project risks, dependencies, and timelines, proactively identifying and resolving impediments to ensure smooth progress. This role requires exceptional leadership qualities, the ability to motivate and guide distributed teams, and outstanding communication skills to bridge geographical and functional gaps. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including roadmaps, backlogs, and status reports, utilizing a suite of online collaboration and project management tools. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex software development projects or digital transformation programs in a remote setting. A strong understanding of change management principles and experience in stakeholder management across various organizational levels are essential. Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or CSPO are highly desirable.
