Our client, a leading recruitment consultancy, is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their fully remote team. This role is critical in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent across various industries. You will be instrumental in shaping the recruitment strategies, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and ensuring a superior candidate experience. The successful candidate will leverage cutting-edge recruitment tools and techniques to source passive and active candidates. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide expert guidance on market trends and compensation benchmarks.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates. Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviewing, and assessment to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding support. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies effectively. Advise hiring managers on best practices in talent acquisition and provide market intelligence. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies. Contribute to employer branding initiatives and enhance the candidate experience. Mentor and guide junior members of the recruitment team. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a recruitment consultancy environment. Demonstrable success in sourcing and hiring for diverse and challenging roles. Proficiency in using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other advanced sourcing tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment law. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote setting. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Experience in managing stakeholder relationships at all levels. A proactive and results-oriented approach to talent acquisition.
