• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR/Admin Intern to support our remote operations.
• The ideal candidate should be passionate about Human Resources, organized, and eager to gain hands-on experience in HR and administrative functions.
Responsibilities
• Post job openings and assist with candidate shortlisting.
• Schedule and coordinate virtual interviews.
• Support onboarding processes and maintain employee records.
• Prepare HR-related reports, memos, and documentation.
• Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
• Participate in HR projects and virtual meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements
• B.Sc./HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of HR or administrative experience internship experience is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
Benefits
