Role Overview
• The HR Manager will be responsible for managing and executing the company’s human resources strategy in line with business objectives.
• The role requires strong experience in FMCG environments, handling end-to-end HR operations, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compliance while supporting a fast-paced, people-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with company and FMCG best practices.
• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and exits.
• Partner with leadership to support workforce planning and organizational development.
• Lead recruitment for sales, production, supply chain, and corporate roles.
• Drive talent development initiatives including training, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Identify skill gaps and coordinate learning programs to enhance employee performance.
• Manage performance management processes including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback cycles.
• Handle employee relations issues, disciplinary processes, and grievance management.
• Promote a positive workplace culture that supports productivity, engagement, and retention.
• Support compensation and benefits administration in line with company policies and industry benchmarks.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies.
• Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and employee data.
• Prepare HR reports on headcount, attrition, performance, and manpower costs.
• Use HR data to support management decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional HR certification CIPM, SHRM, HRCI is an added advantage.
• 6–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in an FMCG environment.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Experience supporting factory, sales, and field-based teams is highly desirable.

• Create interview questions specific to FMCG HR roles.
Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 monthly.
