Our client, a dynamic and growing organization, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote HR Business Partner to support its distributed workforce. This is a fully remote position, offering an excellent opportunity to shape HR strategies and provide comprehensive support to employees and management from anywhere.
As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic partner to assigned business units, aligning HR initiatives with overall business objectives. You will be responsible for a broad range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and organizational development. Your role will involve providing expert guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures. You will act as a change agent, supporting organizational changes and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key responsibilities include partnering with leaders to develop and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning and employee development programs. You will manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide recommendations for resolution. You will also play a key role in the performance appraisal process, coaching managers on setting goals, providing feedback, and addressing performance issues. Supporting the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs will be part of your remit. Analyzing HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and developing data-driven solutions will be crucial. You will also contribute to the development and delivery of HR training programs.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, HRCI PHR/SPHR) is a strong asset. Proven experience (5+ years) as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role is required, preferably within a technology or fast-paced environment. Comprehensive knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and HRIS systems is essential. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills are necessary to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities are vital. The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a remote, fast-paced setting is crucial.
