Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Supervise recruitment and onboarding systems
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and evaluations
• Coordinate staff training and development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and statutory regulations
• Review and update the employee handbook and HR policies
• Handle employee discipline, welfare, queries, benefits, and compensation administration
• Assist in initiating and implementing HR strategies, programs, and process improvements
• Manage workplace grievance procedures and conflict resolution in line with best practices
• Support general office administration and HR operations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field
• 2–3 years relevant experience in an HR Executive or HR Generalist role
• Good knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Ability to support the implementation of HR systems and policies
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Remuneration: NGN 345,000 Monthly Gross
