This is an in-person role based in Abuja, designed for a proactive HR professional who can support people operations, drive engagement, and ensure smooth HR processes across the business.
The Opportunity
As HR Officer, you will:
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee life cycle management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
• Drive employee engagement and performance improvement initiatives.
• Maintain HR records and prepare reports to support data-driven decisions.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Who We’re Looking For
• Experienced: Minimum of 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in tech, fintech, or fast-growing organizations.
• Certified: Possession of HR certifications (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Organized & Detail-Oriented: Strong administrative and documentation skills.
• People-Centric: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Adaptable: Comfortable working in a high-performance, collaborative environment.
